DEEPEST SECRET he's not as "shallow" as he lets on. he's actually pretty deep.
THAT SPECIAL SOMETHING Levi is the typical skater boy. He loves skateboarding, and he loves girls. On the outside, he appears mostly shallow. But, when you dig down into the true Levi, there is more to see. He excells at Potions and Transfiguration and, though he doesn't really let people know it, he enjoys the classes as well. He may flirt around and make out with a few girls here and there, but if he were to actually look for a girlfriend, he would be looking for a lot more than looks. He would be looking for brains, personality, and sincerity as well. His best friends are Evan Landon and Lexi Miller, and he wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. Not even Blake Lively (his celeb crush). He may put out the appearance of a player, but deep down he's a pretty good guy.

HAIR Dark brown, and shaggy (kind of skater-cut). about chin-length towards the back, but gets shorter closer to the front. Straight. Sometimes he feels it gets in his face too much, but most of the time it's tolerable. Tends to flip it out of his face, though.
EYES Deep brown eyes with lashes that are a little longer than your average boy's eyelashes. His brows aren't thin and feminine, but don't coat his forehead with fur, either.
SKIN TONE Fairly tan-skinned, as most people with Latin blood are.
BUILD 5'11", about 164lbs. Kind of a slim build, but has a fairly decent amount of muscle as well; and a nice 6-pack. He has fairly good posture, considering he's a teenage boy and all. He doesn't tend to slouch too much, unless he's feeling rather lazy.

BIOLOGICAL MOTHER Elizabeth Delgato (maiden: Benson), 35, witch, editor for the Daily Prophet. A very friendly, caring person. Thinks her husband makes Levi work too hard. Smart. Levi gets along with his mother very well. If he has a question about most things, he goes to his mother.
BIOLOGICAL FATHER Antonio Delgato, 36, muggle, police officer. Charming and friendly fellow, unless you cause trouble. Although he is typically personable, he doesn't take it lightly when you cause trouble. His punishments for Levi are more effective than simply grounding him and take everything away. There's always work to be done and, when in trouble, they turn into Levi's work. Levi gets along with his father as long as he is not in trouble.

HISTORY Levi was born and raised in the 9-1-6, a.k.a. Sacramento, California. His middle name was given because of his grandfather, Carlos Delgato, and they were really close as Levi was growing up. Carlos thought that Antonio worked too much, and always took Levi to the zoo, the waterpark, and any other fun place he could think of. So it is kind of a given that he was heartbroken when his grandfather passed away.
With his grandfather gone, he was in the house more often, and had to follow his father's rules. And being that he was a police officer, they were strict. His mother let him get away with some of the minor things while his father was gone, but he often found himself grounded to his room for one thing or another. He did, however, occasionally manage to escape to Evan and Lexi's houses, and one of the two skateparks in town. And that's when life was good.
Now that he is at the Salem Institute for Magic, he is alot more outgoing. He projects the image of a ladies man, and gets along with pretty much everyone at the school. He passes most of his classes, but will occasionally ditch to skateboard around the campus. He tends to be an occasional party-goer and, thought he is openly opposed to drugs, he is known to drink at said parties. But all in all, he does try to do his best.
